That is why after reopening in March 2013 the Mansion Inn’s mission is to offer affordable, sustainable, and quality made cuisine to all of their customers. Martin will focus as much as possible on a Farm to Fork approach for all his food and drinks. He has been partnering with local farms and produce markets to ensure all of his ingredients are fresh. With a belief of quality over quantity, The Mansion Inn practices seasonality with their food and drinks, producing a new menu every week. Offering a dinner menu 7 days a week and a brunch menu Saturday and Sunday, this bed and breakfast has something for everyone. Their Wine Bar boasts an eclectic selection of American wines that are sold by the glass. In conjunction with the Bucks County Playhouse, they also have a “Pre Theater” Special, which is a 3 course meal for $24 dollars every day from 4pm-6pm.
With so many options on an ever changing menu, The Mansion Inn is a truly unique experience. Come enjoy some of the best food and drink in New Hope!
